At Royal Agenciamento e Empreendimentos LTDA (CNPJ 48319381/0001-00), we stand behind the quality and spiritual value of our digital products. This Refund Policy explains your right to request a refund for any purchase made through our website and processed by our payment gateway, MundPay.

1. Unconditional 7-Day Guarantee

You are entitled to an unconditional refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase. This applies to the Sacred Prayer of Saint Michael the Archangel and all bonus materials. No justification is required — if you are not fully satisfied for any reason, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

2. After the 7-Day Period

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be honored, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

3. How to Request a Refund

You may request your refund through either of the following channels:

Option A — Contact Us Directly (Recommended)

  1. Send an email to royalagenciamento@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request — Sacred Prayer".
  3. Include: (a) the full name used at checkout, (b) the email used at checkout, and (c) the MundPay order/transaction ID from your receipt.
  4. Our support team will confirm receipt within 2 business days and forward the request to MundPay for processing.

Option B — Request Directly Through MundPay

  1. Locate your original MundPay purchase receipt in your email inbox.
  2. Click the customer support / refund link included in the receipt.
  3. Follow MundPay's on-screen instructions to submit your refund request.
  4. MundPay will notify us automatically and initiate the reversal.

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed by MundPay within 5 to 10 business days. The exact time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. We are unable to refund to an alternative account, card, or payment method.

6. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. In most cases, we can resolve the situation faster and directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Access After Refund

Upon issuance of a refund, your license to use the Sacred Prayer and its bonus materials is revoked. You must delete all downloaded files and are prohibited from further use, sharing, or reproduction of the content.
